Nice hotel . Most of the staff were great , just one rude fake blonde. Good location and the price is low compared to the area
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. A bit disappointed in supplies for the kitchenette as there was no toaster or sharp knife. Maybe some salt and pepper shakers would have been helpful? Also the bed was extremely soft but some people like it that way. Good value for the price.
Booked through hotels.com but needed to change the date. Couldn't get past Hotels.com AI system to speak with a human to make the changes, and couldn't make the changes through their system. Called the hotel and Kulweep did it effortlessly and kindly in a few seconds. Miss the good old days three years ago when speaking with humans as this easy!
Hotel is new and very clean. Spacious rooms. Service was good from front counter, but there are some amenities missing. Perhaps the main problem is parking situation. Underground garage card reader is too close to wall. Entrance is very steep. Spaces are too few (I believe 20 spots). This means you will likely be parking on the street. Nanaimo has a large homeless problem, so this does not make me feel secure. While expanding underground parking seems unlikely, they should consider renting spots from the nearby public parking lot to serve as surplus spots.
I go to the island a couple times a year and always look for the best deal around. I will say the price was great here for a location right near downtown along with the rooms being spotless bright and welcoming. The bed was great with clean washrooms. When it came to service I had shivansh help me out with great attitude and and service. I will gladly come back here again to stay in the future

Amazing staff. They helped me change me reservation even though I made it through a 3rd party app (for the wrong dates, oops). They were so friendly, easy to deal with and super helpful. Rooms are clean, hotel is nice and modern, shower is tall and water gets hot and they have double blinds to keep the light out! Great price and perfect location.
